BetPKR FAQ — Answers for Pakistani Betting Players

No. BetPKR strictly allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts — whether using a different name, mobile number, email, or payment method — violate BetPKR's Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. If you cannot access your existing BetPKR account, use the password reset option or contact support@betpkr.xyz rather than creating a new one.

Go to betpkr.xyz/login and click "Forgot password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email address and BetPKR will send a 6-digit reset code to your registered contact. Enter the code, set your new password, and log in. The whole reset process takes about two minutes and does not affect your balance or betting history.

BetPKR does not require any documents at registration. Identity verification (KYC) is triggered by your first withdrawal request. At that point, you will need to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). In some cases, BetPKR may also request a proof of payment method — for example, a screenshot showing your name and account number on Easypaisa or JazzCash. Most verifications are processed within 24 hours.

Yes. Email support@betpkr.xyz from your registered email address and request account closure. Withdraw your remaining balance first — or request a withdrawal as part of the closure process. BetPKR will process the closure within 5 working days. Changing your registered mobile number or email requires identity verification and cannot be done from Account Settings alone — this is a security measure. Contact support@betpkr.xyz from your current registered email address, explain the change you need, and attach a copy of your CNIC for identity confirmation. The support team will process the update and confirm once it is done.

BetPKR supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees applied by BetPKR. Minimum deposit is Rs 500.

The minimum deposit at BetPKR is Rs 500. This applies across all payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and card. First, check your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank app to confirm the transaction actually completed and the money left your account. If it did, email support@betpkr.xyz with: your BetPKR registered mobile number or email, the amount, the payment method used, the date and time of the transaction, and the transaction reference or screenshot. BetPKR's team will trace the deposit and credit it within 24 hours in most cases. Do not make a second deposit until the first one is resolved.

BetPKR does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for outgoing IBFT transfers, and Easypaisa or JazzCash may have nominal fees for certain transaction types. Always check your wallet or bank app for any applicable charges from your end. The amount that arrives in your BetPKR balance is exactly what BetPKR received from your payment provider.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers take 2–6 hours depending on your bank. Card withdrawals take 1–3 working days. Withdrawals are processed 7 days a week. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak hours or if additional identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is released.

The minimum withdrawal at BetPKR is Rs 500. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit for standard withdrawals, though very large withdrawals may require additional identity verification before they are processed. If a cricket match is abandoned without a result being determined under Duckworth-Lewis or equivalent method, BetPKR voids all match-related bets and returns stakes to player accounts within 24 hours. If a match produces an official result under a revised target method, bets are settled according to the official outcome. In-play bets placed on markets that were already determined before the abandonment (for example, a completed over total) are settled as normal.
