• Transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, bets): Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction, in line with financial record-keeping obligations.
• Identity verification documents: Retained for 5 years from the date of submission or account closure, whichever is later.

If BetPKR becomes aware that a person under 18 has registered an account, that account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the payment source (net of any winnings generated from underage play, which will be forfeited), and all personal data associated with the underage account will be deleted promptly.
