These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BetPKR platform. Please read them carefully before registering. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below.
What every BetPKR player needs to know before they start
Each player is permitted one BetPKR account only. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, device, or payment method — are not allowed and will result in account closure.
BetPKR is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform. Age verification is required before your first withdrawal, and BetPKR reserves the right to request documentation at any time.
All deposits, bets, and withdrawals on BetPKR are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by the platform. Funds must come from payment methods registered in your own name.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, engage in match-fixing, or manipulate BetPKR systems will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers settle within 1–4 business hours. BetPKR does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
BetPKR may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes by email where practicable.
Welcome to BetPKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and BetPKR ("we", "us", "the Platform") that governs your access to and use of all services offered at betpkr.xyz, including sports betting, casino games, card games, and any other products made available through the BetPKR platform.
By registering an account on BetPKR, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or place any bets on BetPKR.
These Terms apply alongside any product-specific rules or promotion terms that BetPKR publishes. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules will take precedence for that particular product or promotion only.

To register and use BetPKR, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
BetPKR reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
It is your responsibility to ensure that use of BetPKR complies with the laws applicable in your location. BetPKR accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is restricted.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) BetPKR account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — are prohibited. BetPKR uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
When registering on BetPKR, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. BetPKR will use the details on your account for identity verification, payment processing, and communications.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetPKR login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. BetPKR will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact BetPKR support immediately at support@betpkr.xyz.
You may request closure of your BetPKR account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of a voluntary closure request will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines and identity verification requirements.
BetPKR accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetPKR does not apply a currency conversion or platform-side processing fee on standard deposits.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards held in your own name. BetPKR does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be refused and returned. Funds from such deposits will not be credited to the BetPKR account until verification is completed.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your BetPKR account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment network. IBFT transfers are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, typically within 1–4 hours during business hours. Card transactions are credited upon payment processor confirmation.
Note: BetPKR does not hold or invest player funds in financial markets. Player balances are held separately from operational funds.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your BetPKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
BetPKR may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds, or where our fraud prevention systems flag a transaction for review. This is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the player's part. BetPKR will communicate any documentation requirements clearly and will process the withdrawal promptly upon receipt of satisfactory documents.
BetPKR does not charge platform fees on standard withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside BetPKR's control and are the player's responsibility.
The following rules apply to all bets placed on BetPKR across all sports and game categories:
All bets placed on BetPKR are subject to acceptance at the displayed odds at the time of placement. BetPKR reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This is standard practice across the industry and is applied to manage risk exposure rather than to disadvantage any individual player.
If BetPKR displays clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed failure ("palpable error"), BetPKR reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds and return stakes to the player's account. BetPKR will not be held liable for any losses claimed by a player who knowingly placed bets at odds that were clearly mispriced.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: match abandonment before the minimum valid period of play is completed; palpable odds error; confirmed match-fixing or integrity violation; or verified technical malfunction affecting the result of a casino game. In all cases of voiding, the original stake is returned to the player's BetPKR balance.
In-play bets on BetPKR are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets with the additional proviso that BetPKR may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during incidents that may materially affect the odds. Bets already accepted before a suspension remain valid. Bets submitted during a suspended period will not be accepted.
BetPKR offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which will be published alongside the relevant offer. The following general rules apply to all BetPKR bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetPKR and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances upon confirmation:

Where BetPKR closes an account due to verified prohibited activity, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited and will not be returned. Where closure is for administrative reasons and no wrongdoing is involved, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following identity verification.
If you believe your BetPKR account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting support@betpkr.xyz with a full explanation and any supporting documentation. BetPKR will review all appeals and respond within 10 business days.

BetPKR does not offer credit for betting. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to generate income or recover financial losses.
BetPKR collects and processes personal data from players as part of account registration, payment processing, identity verification, and platform operation. How we collect, use, store, and protect your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and BetPKR.
By registering on BetPKR, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:
BetPKR operates its platform and all associated services on an "as is" basis. While we invest significantly in technical reliability and uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. BetPKR's liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's BetPKR account at the time the claim arose.
BetPKR shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, arising from your use of the platform regardless of the cause. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, BetPKR will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes. BetPKR's decision in such cases, made in good faith following investigation, is final.
If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, a withdrawal, or any other account matter, please contact BetPKR support at support@betpkr.xyz in the first instance. Provide your account details, the relevant transaction or bet reference, and a clear description of your concern. BetPKR will acknowledge disputes within 2 business days and will aim to resolve them within 10 business days of receiving complete information.
BetPKR reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. We will take reasonable steps to notify registered players of material changes — for example, by displaying a notice on the BetPKR platform or sending an email to registered addresses.
Your continued use of BetPKR following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using BetPKR and request account closure.
